We are experienced in commercial and general litigation, including the areas of contracts, commercial law, bankruptcy, products liability and torts. The firm has been involved in real estate transactions, both residential and commercial, as well as significant bankruptcy matters. In 1991 the shareholders were appointed as Special Assistant United States Attorneys for the Northern District of Oklahoma to represent the Department of Housing and Urban Development on a statewide basis. The firm is an active member of the USFN -  America's Mortgage Banking Attorneys.
